A logistics operator running dispatch on spreadsheets and phone calls needed a real operations platform. We shipped a dispatch web app, a driver mobile app, and an AI dispatch agent — brief to production in five weeks.

The challenge
Dispatch happened across spreadsheets, texts, and phone calls. There was no single view of routes, drivers, or exceptions, and the team was growing faster than the process could keep up.
What we built
- A dispatch dashboard with live routes, drivers, on-time status, and exceptions in one view
- A driver mobile app for assignments, status updates, and proof of delivery
- An AI dispatch agent that suggests reroutes, drafts delay notices, and flags issues — with a human approving every customer-facing action
- Integrations that made the platform the single source of truth
The outcome
The team moved off spreadsheets onto one live operations platform, with the AI agent handling the repetitive dispatch work under human approval. Full code and infrastructure were handed off to the client.
